On Friday, the first 300 fans get the second edition of the Mike Kennedy Trading Card Series on Saturday. Another Easter egg hunt after the game. And again, bring your own bucket or basket. Shocker bowling is back in the NCAA Regionals. WSU plays Newman. It's Friday in Arlington, Texas. Shockers are the second seed in the region, the J third seed. The winner plays the winner of number one, Louisiana Tech and Bryant.

Brittany Fortner and Liz Broyles drove in runs for the Shockers, and Katie Malone held the Hurricane to four hits this week in Shocker history. April 2, 1969 Senior guard Ron Mendel earns a $1,000 postgraduate scholarship from the NCAA.
